As part of the development of a smart gym application, my group and I set out into the Austin community to gather interview responses. We focused on a few groups, with most of our answers pulled from gym goers and gym non-goers. From the answers we garnered during our research process, I moved ahead and developed two user profiles that represent the general gym user and nonuser. Through these guiding profiles, we were able to make hypothetical user journeys and ensure that different user types would benefit from our project, TrainTrack.
